Set Up Webhook in Quo/OpenPhone
Copy the webhook URL from the extension and paste it in Quo Settings → Integrations → Webhooks.

Enter Your CRM URL
Configure your CRM search URL (HousecallPro, ServiceTitan, Jobber, or any CRM).

Visit Quo & Receive Calls
Your User ID is auto-detected when you visit Quo. Only your calls will trigger popups!
⚙️Webhook Setup (Important)
⚡ Quick Setup in Quo/OpenPhone
- Open Quo/OpenPhone → Settings
- Go to Integrations → Webhooks
- Click "Add Webhook"
- Paste the webhook URL from the extension
- Select only the
call.ringingevent - Save the webhook
⚠️ Important: Only enable the
call.ringing event. Other events are not needed and will be ignored.

- Click the extension icon and go to Settings
- Copy your Team ID and Secret
- Share these with your teammates
- They paste them in their extension settings — done!
